Board Meetings: Normally scheduled for the third Monday of each month, 6:00 pm, in the clubhouse

Neighborhood Watch Meeting: TBA - in the clubhouse. All residents are welcome. 

Cost of replacement keys: Pool keys are $10. Pedestrian gate keys are $50

Monthly Assessments: $460 (as of 1/1/17) due on the 1st, late after the 15th.  Pay online, see link to the right.

Payment coupons for 2017 have been ordered for those who signed up to receive them.  Homeowners should receive them before 12/23/16.

Insurance Agent: Steve Reich Insurance, 805-379-5159.  Insurance is for common area elements only, homeowners should carry insurance on their unit.

The Association recommends you employ only appropriately licensed and insured contractors.

New Balcony Rules - Effective March 2017

Starting immediately, if you have an HOA related maintenance issue or emergency, please call the Surfside I HOA HOTLINE at 1-877-600-4940.  You will first hear a short message and then a live person will answer 24/7. If it is an emergency, you should have a return call within 10-15 minutes (or less!) or within 24 hours if it is a non-emergency.  

 Please remember that this number is ONLY for HOA MAINTENANCE issues or emergencies. If this is a security issue, please call 911 for emergencies or Archon Security at 1-800-274-5717 between the hours of 7:30 PM 4:30 AM for non-emergencies.  During the opposite hours, please call the Port Hueneme Police Dept. non-emergency number at 805-986-6530.

Surfside I will no longer be sending monthly statements as of December 2016, since so many homeowners pay online or through auto-debit.  Homeowners who want a 2017 payment coupon book mailed needed to reply by December 5.  Late orders for coupon books will result in a charge of $3.50 to the homeowners account.
