DUE TO LIMITED VISITOR PARKING SPACES WITHIN THE COMPLEX, THE FOLLOWING
VEHICLE LIMIT RULE FOR RESIDENTS WAS APPROVED AT THE 8/27/18 BOARD
No more than ONE vehicle per number of bedrooms plus ONE extra vehicle,
i.e., 2-bedroom units can register and park no more than 3 vehicles
inside of the complex and 3-bedroom units can register and park no more
than 4 vehicles. One registered vehicle is required to use their
reserved parking space for overnight parking.
Motorcycles are considered as one vehicle unless parked in same reserved
space as another vehicle.
Rule does not apply to guest vehicles.
