Basic Information

Homeowner statements are mailed to homeowners one week before the first day of the month in which they are due.  Generally monthly assessments are "due" on the first day of the month, and "late" after a grace period, which is different for each association (the 15th for most associations).  Assessments are made payable to the association and mailed directly to the bank:

Paying Online?  Make sure you use the address above or your payment may be returned by the post office, or save a step and use Union Bank's online service.  Many people don't realize that when they use an online bill paying service a paper check is still mailed, so you need an accurate payment address.

Union Bank entered into an agreement with First Bank to acquire its Association Bank Services division.  The acquisition  closed on Friday, November 22, 2013.  Similar to First Bank, Union Bank offers a free-of-charge service for making online assessment payments to your homeowners association.

Beginning November 25, 2013, you will be able to make one-time, scheduled, and recurring payments using the Union Bank HOA Online Payments service.  It can be accessed at  After November 25, the First Bank HOA Online Pay service will redirect you to the Union Bank HOA Online Payments service.

If you mail in payments, or have automatic deduction by the Association through your checking account on the 10th of each month (your monthly statement says “DO NOT PAY”), you do not need to make any changes.  Details in the HOA newsletter.

Make your online payment by 2:00 pm PST for same day credit.
