Homeowner statements are mailed to homeowners one week before the first day of the month in which they are due. Generally monthly assessments are "due" on the first day of the month, and "late" after a grace period, which is different for each association (the 15th for most associations). Assessments are made payable to the association and mailed directly to the bank:

Paying Online? Make sure you use the address above or your payment may be returned by the post office, or save a step and use Union Bank's online service. Many people don't realize that when they use an online bill paying service a paper check is still mailed, so you need an accurate payment address.
